REDDY Fun and Fitness are a team of Redcliffe staff (current and past) who support the wellbeing of staff with activities at the Redcliffe Hospital facility organising fun & some fitness activities.

Funds raised go towards

The Fun Run has raised over $83,000 in the last three years which makes a real difference, in partnership with the Auxiliary the funds have been used to

  • Create the “Jacaranda Suite” a beautiful dedicated space to provide private, respectful, and patient centred care to women and families experiencing perinatal loss and complications of pregnancy
  • Purchase five luxury recliner chairs for patients and their families in Palliative Care
  • Wheelchairs purchased to assist with assessment and therapy for patients seen by the Occupational Therapists
  • Provide clothing for patients and homeless who attend the Hospital and need clothing for discharge
  • Ping Pong table for our Rehabilitation Unit also used for fun staff activities
  • Completely refurbished single end of life room in Palliative Care
