Training for the 10k

Friday 10th May
Getting that training in! Had a good week with running. 3k/ 5k/ 8k and I’ll take a few days to rest before getting back out there!

Aiming for a 10k PB

Tuesday 2nd Apr
I’ve completed a few 10km recently with a time of about 75 minutes. Aiming for a PB and closer to an hour. Ready to put in the hard work to shave off some time! :)
